How to Book a Bath
The whole process — from search to visit — takes 2 minutes. We explain every step.
Step by step
Find a bath
Open the catalog and use filters: choose a city, bath type (Russian, Finnish, hammam, SPA, barrel), number of guests, price range and minimum rating. You can set a date right away — we'll show only available venues.
Open catalogExplore the venue
The bath page shows a photo gallery, description, map, guest reviews, and all available rooms with prices. Use the "Compare" button in the catalog to compare several venues side by side.
Sign in or register
You need an account to book. Registration is free and takes 30 seconds: name, email and password. Or sign in with Google.
RegisterChoose a room and time
In the booking form, select a room, date and session start time. Color indicators on the calendar show free and occupied hours. Set the duration — the price will update automatically including duration discounts.
Add extras
Oak whisk, massage, towel rental, BBQ grill — tick the extras you need right in the form. The total price updates instantly.
Review and confirm
Before submitting, a "Review your booking" window appears with the full breakdown: room, date, time, duration, extras and total. Make sure everything is correct — then click "Confirm".
Wait for confirmation
The owner receives a notification and confirms the booking. Some venues use auto-confirm — you'll get an instant reply. The booking status is visible in your account under "Bookings", and you'll also receive an email.
Come and enjoy
24 hours before your visit you'll receive a reminder with the venue address and phone number. After your visit — an invitation to leave a review. Your honest review helps other guests.

Promo codes
Find current deals and promo codes on the "Promotions" page. Enter the code in the booking form — the discount applies immediately.
Learn moreCancellation policy
Each venue has its own policy: typically free cancellation 48 h before, 50% refund 24–48 h before, no refund under 24 h. Terms are shown in the room card.
Favourites
Like a venue? Add it to favourites — the "Add to favourites" button near the booking form. Great for saving options to return to later.
Plus plan
The Plus client plan gives a 5% discount on all bookings and extended booking history. Subscribe in the "Pricing" section.

It depends on the venue. Some accept payment on-site, others charge online through a payment system. The payment method is stated on the bath page.
Yes. Cancel in your account → "Bookings" → "Cancel". The refund amount depends on the venue's policy and how far in advance you cancel.
You'll receive an email notification and a notification in your account (bell icon). The "Confirmed" status will appear on the "Bookings" tab.
If the booking status doesn't change within 24 hours, contact our support team via the "Support" section — we'll sort it out.
